The Awagami Editioning Paper collection is the perfect solution for stores and artists that can be intimidated by Japanese washi. The papers are made using traditional Japanese fibers such as Kozo and Gampi, as well as other non-tree fibers such as Bamboo, Hemp and Cotton. All sheets feature the same size (17” x 20 ½”) and are finished with four natural deckled edges, adding a subtle refinement to any finished work. The papers are acid-free, archival and made with a strict attention to quality and preservation. The papers offer a wide range of uses, from printmaking and chine-collé to ink, drawing and even watercolor. Awagami. A eight-generation washi papermaking experience.
